New Women New Yorkers provides professional development and other programs to empower immigrant women to get their first paying, fulfilling job in the NYC workforce or pursue higher education, and offers a safe, inclusive space where they can build community and share their stories. We believe in the vast potential that every immigrant woman coming to New York has to contribute to our city, regardless of her national origin, cultural background, or educational level. We believe that respect and value for diversity in all aspects of our organization are fundamental.
